When you commission Chickadee Crafting, you get a front-row seat to the creative process as we work together to make your vision a reality! Whether you have a full Pinterest vision-board or a general idea of what you like, we will collaborate to ensure your event has everything you need, and maybe more!
Our commission process and fee includes a Consult for Commission Meeting, two rounds of drafts, and a final proof meeting. Pricing and production details are outlined below.

Our commission process begins with a Consult for Commission Meeting (Google Meet, Phone, or Email, your choice) to discuss your initial thoughts, share any reference materials, discuss timeline, etc. Once we hone in on your creative vision, the collaborative process truly begins:
Two Rounds of Drafts: After the initial consult, you will receive a preliminary series of drafts for feedback which will be exchanged via email. Follow-up edits are incorporated into your…
Final Proof Meeting: A one-on-one consult (Google Meet, Phone, or Email, your choice) to finalize your product(s) and the timeline for your production.
The full commission process is valued at $300 (including the $15 Consult fee). Note that the commission fee does not cover the production costs, which are outlined below:
5”x7” - $2.00 each (Save the Date, Invitation, Standard Greeting)
4”x6” - $1.50 each (Details Cards, Small Greeting)
5”x3.5” - $1.00 each (RSVP Cards)
Envelope Personalization - $1.50 each (A1 + A7 offered currently, others available for commission packaging + additional pricing)
